“ Excellent range and lovely store as always. I was served by Amber yesterday who went out of her way to put together a gift for my mother-in-law. I felt very safe shopping there as they all wore masks, kept their distance, and ensured other shoppers did the same. I was however shocked at the rude and frankly dangerous behaviour of other shoppers while I was in there, which your staff handled with far more grace and politeness than they deserved. Perhaps you need to hire security to assist with enforcing the mask policy and to keep your staff safe. ”

“ I had a great experience at this store. I was looking for a black tea with notes of caramel/vanilla as my favourite Dilmah tea like this has been discontinued. The staff at T2 were so helpful and kind, making great suggestions. At the same time i didn't feel pressured by them. I definitely recommend having a chat with them, they know their teas and you will find what your after a lot more quickly than if you tried to find it on your own. It's a great place to go if you are after something a bit different. ”
